When collecting your order you MUST bring ID & proof of purchase.
Any order NOT collected at the event will be returned to our warehouse and may incur a £10 administration charge.
Customers have 30 days after the event has finished to address any click and collect issues, refunds and returns will no longer eligible after this time.
