Shipping Policy

Items aim to be sent out within 2 days. Delivery within the UK is expected to arrive within 7 days. Oversea's deliveries can take between 7-21 days depending on location. Postage is added to the cost of your order. There are varying delivery charges for orders to be shipped in the UK and overseas. Shipping prices are calculated based on weight and size of the products you order.

Please be aware any international orders could have local tax and duties applied by local customs and Bloodstock Merchandise Ltd are not liable for these charges as they are outside of our control

Returns

Bloodstock Merchandise can accept refunds upto 30 days after purchase, after which returns will only be accepted if faulty.

Goods will be refunded or exchanged for different sizes/designs/products (providing they are the same price as the goods being returned), as long as we are informed of the action required by the customer/receive the items within the timeframe stated above.

Please send returns to the address below. You must include a note stating your name, order number (if purchased from webstore), email address and what action you require us to take. You will be notified via email once we the goods have been received and processed by our fulfilment team.
